I’m Nicole (or Nicki!) — a qualified nutritionist with a BSc, BA in Nutrition, a first-class Masters in Nutrition, and a nutrition coach certification. I specialise in long-term, sustainable weight loss by helping people build habits and behaviours that make healthy eating feel natural, enjoyable, and actually doable in everyday life.
I’m genuinely passionate about people having access to accurate, evidence-based nutrition advice. There’s an overwhelming amount of misinformation online. I love cutting through that noise and giving clients clarity, confidence, and the why behind their choices — not just a set of rules to follow.
And although we do real, meaningful work together, I want you to:

How my sessions work
Before we begin, you’re welcome to book a free 15-minute discovery call to discuss your goals and see whether my approach is the right fit for you. If you choose to continue, we’ll start with a 90-minute initial consultation where I get a full picture of your lifestyle, habits, challenges, and goals so we can create a personalised plan. How sessions work (after your initial consultation):

Weekly 45 minute sessions
Each session focuses on reviewing your progress, exploring what went well, and working through any challenges. Together, we identify one realistic habit or skill to develop for the week ahead.

Practical tools and guidance
You’ll receive practical resources tailored to your goals — such as meal ideas, checklists, worksheets, or mindset exercises — designed to make change feel simple and achievable.

Support between sessions
You can access optional support between sessions, including text check-ins or a quick mid-week call if needed, to help keep you on track and supported in real time.
